I have a 2005 Prius that would not run one morning. It was then I found no one works on Prius cars. I had it towed to a Toyota - Orchard Park Dealer who told me the 12V and HV batteries were bad and they could not diagnose anything else unless they were replaced. They felt cost of the new batteries exceeded car value and recommended trade-in. That was not happening. The only garage I could find that worked on used Prius cars was Brians A&S and had it towed there. Brian took the time to troubleshoot, explained uncertainties, and together we developed a repair plan. I found Brian to be honest, forthright, keeps his word, and truly works for what is best for the customer. I could not be more pleased with his business and how I was treated. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants a long term relationship with a great shop. I just wish he wasn't 80 miles from where I live. Sincerely, Geoffrey Hintz
